This pachadi can be served with variety of dishes including mixed rice, north Indian roti, and during traditional south Indian festival and grand functions.
lady’s finger, sliced into thin rounds 100 gm
Curd, whisked 1 cup
Refined oil 4 tsp
Green Chillies 1 or 2 as per your taste
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Heat 3tsp of oil in a pan and fry the lady’s finger till it turns golden brown.
2. Add salt to the curd.
3 . Heat the remaining oil and sauté the mustard seeds and green chillies till they start spluttering.
4. Allow it to cool and mix the lady’s finger and the ingredients to the curd mixture.
